What is Property Paper Verification?

A Property Paper Verification is a legally binding document that transfers ownership of property from the seller to the buyer. It is one of the most important documents in any property transaction, as it records the terms of sale, consideration (price), and the rights and obligations of both parties.

Why Property Paper Verification Matters ?

A poorly drafted Property Paper Verification can lead to ownership disputes, litigation, or even cancellation of the transaction. Professional drafting ensures the document is legally valid, enforceable, and protects both buyer and seller.
